  A hot air balloon in a city of Lockhart in Texas carrying 16 people suddenly caught fire and burst.  The resultant effect is what I called “Tears of pain”.


At about 7:40 a.m when the crashed happened in a pasture near Lockhart, the National Transport Safety Board with Erik Grosof could not ascertain the exert number of lost yet.


Texas Gov. Greg Abbott called the crash a "heartbreaking tragedy."

"I ask all of Texas to join us in praying for those lost," Abbott said in a statement.
